The City of Poway invites your interest for the Poway Center for the Performing Arts.
The Poway Center for the Performing Arts (PCPA) is an 809-seat theater that offers a range of programmingfrom community-based productions to artists of national acclaim. The City of Poway manages all theateroperations and has a strong partnership with the local school district, a non-profit arts organization andcommunity user groups to bring 170 performances/events to the PCPA each year.
The Recreation Area Manager for Theater Arts (Theater Manager) is an at-will position and will need to have an exceptional blend of skills in facility, operations and relationship management to balance priorities that encompass overseeing all aspects of the theater and liaising with the community partners.
