The theme of all my creative work is environmental stewardship and sustainability, appreciation of nature, and conservation. Most of my projects involve botanical or nature components—I photograph landscapes, wildlife and nature; and also create living botanical art out of discarded materials. I hope to inspire others in environmental action and creative reuse.
I am a San Diego gardener, botanical artist, photographer, and pediatric nurse whose creative pursuits center around themes of sustainability, healing, and transformation. Having immigrated to the US as a child instilled in me a deep appreciation for resourcefulness and finding value in repurposed materials. Today, my photography is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with nature; and my handcrafts focus on transforming recycled glass into living botanical works highlighting creative reuse.
