About Jenny Dempsey

Jenny Dempsey spent 18 years as a customer experience manager at a tech startup before being laid off. After facing numerous rejections and questioning her career choices, she rediscovered her creative side.

During this time, a friend gave her a beat-up old table from their basement, sparking a new passion for furniture restoration. Now, Jenny runs San Diego Furniture Flipper from her home workshop, where she transforms discarded pieces into custom creations.

In addition to her furniture business, Jenny hosts The Career Flipper podcast, sharing stories and advice on career changes and personal growth. She also enjoys writing songs, singing, and playing guitar.
